They spoke to the common-ground held by businesses and sports teams alike, with a focus on the risks and opportunities that come with taking a team on the next step to greatness.
Richie McCaw, Sir Graham Henry, Sean Fitzpatrick, Sir Clive Woodward, Dr Farah Palmer, Brent Impey and Daniel Glantz all spoke about their experiences of leading high performing teams to success on the global stage, highlighting the parallels between sports and business.
